Support for AHENK Research version 1.0.
Local data
Research recordings are stored locally in the current version. Use Settings → Reset Local Research Data to permanently delete them.
No sign-in required
AHENK 1.0 does not require an AHENK username or password to record and review local journeys.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that the installed app is the latest App Store version.
- Restart the app if a screen does not refresh as expected.
- Do not delete local research data unless you intend to permanently remove stored records.
