Terms of Use
1. Purpose
AHENK is a research-oriented application for recording and descriptively summarizing journey-context information, device motion-sensor data, and participant-reported discomfort events.
2. No medical service
AHENK is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, motion-sickness risk prediction, or validated clinical outcomes.
3. Research responsibility
Users and researchers remain responsible for participant information, informed-consent procedures, ethics or institutional approvals where applicable, lawful research conduct, safe device placement, data interpretation, and compliance with relevant requirements.
4. Safe use
Do not interact with AHENK in a manner that distracts a driver or compromises road safety. Device placement and interaction during travel must be carried out safely and lawfully.
5. Data and backups
AHENK 1.0 stores research recordings locally on the device and does not provide remote backup for those records.
6. Availability and changes
Features may be modified, added, or removed in future versions. Future versions may be governed by updated terms and privacy information.
